A 100 night no questions asked guarantee is provided. Returns are processed within 5-10 business days once received in good condition at their Springfield, MO facility. Items must be clean and undamaged and can be exchanged up to 2 times. Free returns and exchanges apply to orders up to $500 per customer; orders over $500 require the customer to pay return shipping. Refunds are issued as store credit.
