Suvie ships their systems within the continental US for free. For international shipping, unfortunately this product is only available within the US. Suvie offers a 100-day refund policy for lightly used, undamaged products. If there is a manufacturing defect, customers can request a refund within 1 year of purchase. To request a refund, customers must contact Suvie at [email protected] and it may take up to several weeks for the company to process the return. Items that are damaged or used cannot be returned.
