Stojo offers worldwide shipping options with USPS and FedEx. Orders are fulfilled and shipped during business hours, Monday through Friday, with the exception of US holidays. Domestic orders are shipped via USPS Priority Mail, with standard shipping rates available at checkout. For international orders, shipping options include FedEx International Economy and FedEx International Priority, with rates and options also available at checkout. Bulk orders for Cafe and Wholesale are available for both US and international customers, with pricing options for standard and expedited shipping available at checkout.

Stojo accepts returns and exchanges within 30 days of purchase with a receipt or proof of purchase. Regular priced items are eligible for a refund, but sale items and Stojo accessories are final sale. For a refund, the item must be unused and in its original packaging. Stojo will cover shipping fees for defective, damaged, or incorrect items, but for all other returns and exchanges, customers are responsible for their own shipping costs. If approved, refunds will be processed within 30 days of receipt. If an item is over $75, customers should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance.
