In case of exceptional delay or loss in transit, SparklyTrees offers a free reshipment or refund. If the order is delayed in a local post office, customers are responsible for contacting the carrier before receiving a reshipment or refund. If the wrong shipping information is entered, customers are not eligible for a reshipment or refund. Shipping times vary by country, with estimated times ranging from 5-65 business days.
