Orders are processed within 48 hours and customers can track their order using the tracking number provided via email or on the website. Customs, duty, and taxes are not included in the shipping charges or free shipping promos listed, and the recipient is responsible for all fees required to ship internationally. In case of exceptional delay or loss in transit, SparklyTrees offers a free reshipment or refund. If the order is delayed in a local post office, customers are responsible for contacting the carrier before receiving a reshipment or refund. If the wrong shipping information is entered, customers are not eligible for a reshipment or refund. Shipping times vary by country, with estimated times ranging from 5-65 business days. SparklyTrees charges a flat shipping fee of $4.95 for Rest of World orders. Domestic and international shipping policies differ, with international customers responsible for additional fees.

14-day return window
SparklyTrees has a 14-day return policy from the arrival date. If a customer reports a defective or broken product, they must send pictures or videos to the customer service email for confirmation. If the claim is accurate and within the 14-day period, a refund or return will be granted. The customer must return the item with a proof of purchase. Shipping fees for returns must be paid by the customer. Refunds are processed within a certain amount of days and will be applied to the original method of payment. The brand does not accept returns for perishable goods, intimate or sanitary goods, hazardous materials, or flammable liquids or gases. There is a 6-hour cancellation period from the purchasing time on the same day, but a management, processing, and transaction fee (30% of the total order value) will be applied.
