Soufflé offers three delivery options for customers who place orders on their website. The first option is home delivery in 48 hours via Colissimo, which is free for purchases over 50€ and costs 10€ otherwise. This service does not require a signature and can be delivered to a caretaker or mailbox. The second option is delivery to a La Poste relay point or Pick Up Station relay in 48 hours, which is also free for purchases over 50€ and costs 10€ otherwise. The third option is home delivery in 24 hours via Chronopost, which costs 15€ regardless of the amount of the order and requires a signature. Soufflé delivers to all countries in the EU zone for a flat rate of 10€ using Colissimo.

Soufflé offers a hassle-free return policy for all its products. Customers have 60 days to return items from the Oven and Cooking ranges. Returns are free of charge, and customers can even use the products before returning them. To initiate a return, customers can visit the Soufflé returns portal and enter their order number and email address. They can then select the product(s) they wish to return and the reason for the return. Once the return is validated, customers will receive an email with a pre-paid return label to stick on the package.
