The brand offers 72-hour delivery across selected pincodes in Delhi-NCR, Bangalore, and Kolkata, 6-7 days for all major cities in India, and 7-10 days for all other pincodes pan-India. Customized mattresses may take slightly longer to deliver. For Ohayo bed, the product will be delivered within 14 days of order placement. The brand will notify customers of any delays in delivery.

If there are missing, damaged, or undelivered items, customers must reach out to Sleepy Cat within 48 hours with a shipment label image, shipment invoice image, outer packaging images, an image of the item received, and a packaging video showing the label image clearly.
