Sleepy Cat offers different shipping speeds and delivery timelines depending on product availability and area pincode. Customers can check if their desired product and pincode is eligible for express delivery by entering their 6-digit pincode in the express delivery section on the product page. Delivery timelines will be shown based on stock availability and are subject to change. The brand offers 72-hour delivery across selected pincodes in Delhi-NCR, Bangalore, and Kolkata, 6-7 days for all major cities in India, and 7-10 days for all other pincodes pan-India. Please note that express delivery is subject to terms and conditions, and any orders placed on public holidays or Sundays will be processed on the next working day. Customized mattresses may take slightly longer to deliver. For Ohayo bed, the product will be delivered within 14 days of order placement. The brand will notify customers of any delays in delivery.
Sleepy Cat return policy
Sleepy Cat offers a 100-night free trial for standard size adult mattresses only. For information about the trial policy, returns/refunds, warranty, and care instructions, customers can visit the SleepyCat product fine print page. In the event of delivery damage or possible wrong delivery, customers should contact Sleepy Cat within 72 hours of delivery to investigate. If there are missing, damaged, or undelivered items, customers must reach out to Sleepy Cat within 48 hours with a shipment label image, shipment invoice image, outer packaging images, an image of the item received, and a packaging video showing the label image clearly.
