Serena and Lily shipping policy
Serena and Lily offers a variety of delivery options for domestic customers, with shipping costs ranging from $10-$229 for standard delivery and $25-$330 for 2nd day delivery. If your order totals over $4,000, your shipping fees will be 6% for standard and 10% for 2nd day. Delivery times for standard orders range from 7-10 business days if the items are in stock, or 2-4 weeks if not. Hawaii and Alaska have their own shipping prices and delivery windows.For international customers, Serena and Lily only ships to Canada. Small packages will be shipped via FedEx International and will be subject to a 15% shipping and handling fee, with delivery normally taking around 3 weeks. Large packages will be shipped via White Glove Delivery, and will also be subject to a 15% shipping and handling fee, as well as a 20% brokerage fee, import taxes, and duties. Delivery time for standard items is 6 weeks, or 16 weeks for custom items.

30-day return window
Serena and Lily's return policy allows customers to receive a refund on their purchases within 30 days of receipt, as long as they contact customer care or their local design shop to obtain a return authorization. Bedding and mattresses can be returned for a full refund within 60 days. However, gift certificates, fabric swatches, fabric yardage, opened wallpaper, wallpaper swatches, art collection, nursery cribs, and lighting or hanging items that were installed are not eligible for returns or cancellations. Custom orders are also non-refundable. Customers should ship items back to receive a refund, with fees varying depending on the service chosen. It typically takes the company up to 10 business days to process a return.
