10 Salt & Straw shipping policy
Orders ship Monday through Thursday (not Fridays) and typically arrive within 1-4 business days after placing your order, with transit time of 1-2 days. Shipments are packed in insulated cooler boxes with dry ice to keep ice cream frozen.
Salt & Straw return policy
All sales are final, but orders are backed by a Melt-Free Guarantee—if ice cream arrives unfrozen, Salt & Straw will reship the order. Contact orders@saltandstraw.com for issues.
