Roomify ships orders out 48 hours after the order is placed, and standard shipping in the continental US takes about three to four business days. Delivery to residential addresses can fall Monday to Sunday, while delivery to other addresses is strictly on business days. Expedited shipping options are available for an additional fee, with flat rates depending on the order. The brand cannot expedite orders to P.O. box addresses. Roomify also ships internationally to the UK, Canada, Alaska, Hawaii, and Puerto Rico, with rates offered at checkout.

Roomify offers a 30-day return period for all orders from the time of delivery. Customers can return any order for any reason within this period, and the company will issue a refund for the returned items in their original packaging. If the packaging is not available, the company will still issue a refund, but the customer may receive store credit for items not returned in their original packaging. The refund or store credit amount will be the amount paid for the items, excluding shipping costs. Orders over $95, comforters, dorm bundles, and apartment sets are eligible for free returns. For orders less than $95, customers can receive a full refund by using their own shipping label, a partial refund if using Roomify's shipping label, or store credit by using Roomify's return label. The shipping fee will be deducted from the partial refund if using Roomify's shipping label. Returned items must be in their original packaging, and the company reserves the right to refuse returns that do not meet this requirement.
