Room currently ships its Phone Booths and Meeting Rooms to several countries, including the US, Canada, Australia, New Zealand, and select EU countries such as the UK, France, and Germany. They can also accommodate shipping to Singapore, Hong Kong, and South Korea. However, they do not accept residential delivery requests for any of their products, which are designed for commercial use in an office environment. ROOM has a limited return policy for their Meeting Room, Open Meeting Room, and Focus Room. Once these units are delivered and assembled, they cannot be returned or refunded. However, for the Phone Booth, ROOM offers a 100-day risk-free trial for the first order only. If a customer decides to return their Phone Booth within this trial period, ROOM will cover the cost of return shipping and disassembly. Customers who purchased their Unit(s) without financing have the option to return one ROOM Booth at no extra charge as part of the risk-free trial. Purchases made through a financing partner are final and not eligible for returns.
