Rise & Fall offers free returns on products that are unworn, unwashed, and undamaged, except for candles. Customers have 30 days from the original purchase date to return items for a full refund. The products must be returned with their original packaging, tags, and labels. Damaged or faulty products will be refunded in full or exchanged if a replacement is available. However, for hygiene reasons, Rise & Fall cannot accept returns of pillows and duvets that have been slept in.
