Rise & Fall offers delivery to customers in the UK and Ireland from Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays. Standard delivery takes 2-3 working days and is free for orders over £75, or £4.99 for orders less than £75. Customers can also opt for express delivery for the next working day at a cost of £5.99, provided the order is placed by 1 pm. However, orders placed on Friday will be delivered on Monday. It is worth noting that Rise & Fall's pillows and duvets are made-to-order, so customers should allow up to 7 working days to receive their order. All other Rise & Fall products will be dispatched within the regular delivery timeline.

30-day return window
Free returns on unworn, unwashed, and undamaged products (except candles) within 30 days of receiving purchase, with original packaging and tags attached. Damaged or faulty products receive full refunds or exchanges if available; organic wool pillows and duvets cannot be returned if slept in.
