Revival Rugs offers free shipping within the contiguous US for all orders except furniture and lighting. Shipping for Alaska and Hawaii will vary based on the weight and size of the order. International shipping is available for rugs only, and customers should email for a custom quote that includes customs and duties fees. Orders are generally shipped within 10-15 business days, and in-transit shipping times will vary based on location. Customers will receive an email with their order details and a tracking number once their order is processed and prepared for shipment. The brand folds their rugs for shipping, but assures customers that it will not damage the natural wool fibers. Customers are responsible for ensuring that furniture can fit through all entry points and doorways before delivery. If a purchased item is declined at delivery and returned to the warehouse without going through the standard Furniture Return Process, a 10% deduction of the retail price will be applied to the refund, in addition to a $45 restocking fee.

Revival Rugs offers free returns for store credit on all orders within the contiguous US, except for furniture and lighting. Customers have 30 calendar days from the receipt of their full order to initiate a return. For cash refunds, a return fee is charged depending on the product type. Rugs, textiles, and accessories returned to the warehouse are charged a $20 restock fee per item. All returned items must be undamaged, unwashed, unused, retain all original tags, and be in saleable condition. Bedding and bath bundles must be returned in their entirety, and all returned bedding and bath items will be donated. Cushion inserts and rug pads cannot be returned, except for product defects. Custom orders are final sale, and damaged goods are not eligible for refunds. Once the returned item(s) are back at the warehouse, they will be inspected within 14 business days, and taxes will be refunded in accordance with state laws. Revival Rugs does not provide return labels for Alaska, Hawaii, and international orders. Customers must email the company for return shipping address and further instructions.
