Reverie offers free White Glove Delivery and set up for mattress purchases made directly from their website. This service includes delivery and assembly of the Sleep System, as well as removal and disposal of packaging materials. To ensure a smooth delivery process, customers are advised to strip and break down their current bed before the delivery team arrives. Free White Glove Delivery is only available in the continental US, while deliveries to Alaska, Hawaii, and Puerto Rico will incur additional shipping charges. Customers can contact customercare@reverie.com for rates and details. Reverie's beds are highly customizable, so customers should expect a delivery time of up to 4-6 weeks.
Reverie return policy
Reverie's return policy is that they do not accept returns and does not offer full refund due to the extensive customizability of their beds and the commitment behind their 365 Promise to provide great sleep. However, sleep systems purchased at Costco are subject to the Costco return policy. Customers should follow Costco's instructions for returns, and any restrictions on time limits to return an item will be determined by Costco's policy.
