UK orders are shipped from Stevenage, while European orders are shipped from Kierspe in Germany. Delivery is free for mainland UK customers and is shipped express within 1-3 days using courier partners DPD, RoyalMail, and Parcel Force. However, orders shipped outside of mainland UK may incur a postage fee. Customers outside of the UK who order from remysleep.com will have to pay for customs due to Brexit regulations and cover shipping costs for returns or exchanges. After an order leaves the warehouse, customers receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number. If an order does not arrive within the stated delivery timeframe, customers can contact Remy for assistance.
Remy offers a returns and exchanges window for their products. The return period varies depending on the product. Weighted Blankets (Sleeper, Lounger, Junior) and their Covers can be returned within 100 days of receiving the order.
