Our animals are lifetime pasture-raised, which means they never see a feedlot or a factory farm. No hormones or unnecessary medications are used, and we work closely with our farmers to make sure they're raising the animals in the most humane and sustainable ways possible. All of our beef is dry aged for 14 days to maximize tenderness and flavor!
