Pillow Cube offers shipping to all 50 U.S. states via UPS, USPS, and SurePost. Orders are processed within 1-2 business days, with expedited shipping orders given priority. Priority and Express orders placed before 12:00 PM MST will be shipped out the same business day.

Pillow Cube offers a return and exchange policy for customers who need to return or exchange their pillow. Customers may request an exchange or a refund within 60 nights of their initial purchase, with the exception of the mattress which allows for 90 nights. Returns and exchanges are only available within the 48 contiguous United States of America.
