OUTLINES has a 30-day return policy for eligible items. To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in the same condition as received, with tags and in its original packaging. A receipt or proof of purchase is required. Replens that have been opened and used are not eligible for refunds. Customers can start a return by contacting support@livingoutlines.com. Items sent back without prior approval will not be accepted. The brand does not provide return shipping labels. If an item is defective, damaged or incorrect, customers should contact OUTLINES immediately. Currently, personal care goods that have been removed from their sealed packaging cannot be returned. Once the return is received and inspected, a refund will be issued on the original payment method. It may take some time for the bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
