Outer offers shipping within the 48 contiguous United States only. They do not ship to PO Boxes, APO, FPO, or DPO destinations or to freight forwarders. Shipping times vary depending on the date of purchase and the specific product ordered. Outer does not offer expedited shipping and partner products may not be shipped directly by Outer. If you ordered multiple products, you may receive multiple shipments.

Outer offers a thoughtful design and construction of their products and provides industry-leading warranties to ensure customer satisfaction. Customers can make returns within 365 days of delivery, but will incur a 20% return fee plus the cost of return shipping. Only undamaged and unmodified seating and soft goods products are eligible for returns. Partner products and items not made by Outer are not eligible for return. Refunds are processed to the original source of payment. Exchanges are treated the same as returns. The merchandise will be inspected, and appropriate refunds will be issued.
