Open Spaces currently ships to the contiguous 48 states only and does not ship to Alaska, Hawaii, or P.O. boxes. The brand is working on expanding these options and will notify customers via email once it becomes available. Processing and shipping times vary depending on the items purchased, but orders typically take 1-4 business days to process due to extra safety precautions at the warehouse. Customers will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information as soon as their order is on its way.

Open Spaces has a 30-day return policy for all products. Customers can initiate a return or exchange by clicking on the provided link, and Open Spaces will supply a pre-paid, pre-addressed postage label. If an item is returned due to defect or through any fault of Open Spaces, the purchase price will be refunded in full. It may take up to 10 business days for Open Spaces to receive and process the return, and up to 2-7 business days for the refund to reflect on the account statement. Open Spaces does not accept returns for individual items from a bundle, as the bundles are priced based on the product set. If an item arrives damaged, customers can contact Open Spaces customer support to receive a replacement.
