Numilk ships domestically and internationally. For domestic orders, there is no additional cost or shipping fees. For international orders, Numilk ships to Canada, Kosovo, and the Canary Islands. The buyer is responsible for any duties or taxes charged. All orders are in presale and are set to launch in 2022. There is no additional cost or shipping fees for domestic orders.
Numilk return policy
14-day return window
Numilk's return policy allows customers to return unused items within 14 days of receiving the product. Customers who have pre-ordered the Numilk Home dispenser can submit a refund request, minus an 8% processing fee. Those who have pre-ordered the Numilk Pro dispenser can receive a full refund due to the delay. Customers must contact Numilk by email to begin the refund process. Returns must be made within 14 days of receiving the product and the company will take up to 3 weeks to process the refund. Items that are used or opened cannot be returned.
