Noah offers delivery services to UK Mainland, Northern Ireland, Republic of Ireland, Europe, and the USA. For UK Mainland, customers can choose a nominated day delivery for free on orders over £50, with delivery fees of £2.50 for orders between £30-49.99 and £5 for orders below £30. Next day delivery is also available with a cut-off time of 3pm. Saturday and Sunday delivery is available for a fee of £5 for orders over £50 and £10 for orders under £50. For Northern Ireland, Scottish Highlands, and UK Isles, delivery fees are £8 for orders over £50 and £13 for orders under £50, with no next day or weekend services available. For Republic of Ireland, delivery fees are €9.95 for orders over £30 and €15.95 for orders under £30, with no next day or weekend services available. Orders to Ireland are subject to Customs Duties paid to the shipping provider. Noah also offers a 'I don't know my address yet' feature and allows customers to change their delivery address or date 48 hours before shipment without extra charge. Unfortunately, delivery to the Channel Islands is not available due to tax regulations with the shipment provider. Custom boxes may be delivered in multiple boxes/parcels.
Noah offers a 30-day free returns window to ensure customer satisfaction. To initiate a return, customers must contact the brand via phone or email, and a returns label will be sent. The items must be unused or faulty at the time of delivery to be eligible for a refund. Only entire orders can be returned, with the exception of faulty or damaged items. Noah does not refund any extra delivery fees, and deliveries to mainland UK are free of charge. Refunds are processed within 3 days of receiving the returned items and will be returned to the original payment method. Debit card refunds should appear within 3 working days, while credit cards may take up to 7 working days. Paypal refunds can take up to 2 working days, and financing options may take longer. It is suggested to pack the items safely to prevent damage during transit. Customers should hold onto the packaging until they are sure they want to keep the items.
