Nephew offers free shipping for all domestic orders within the continental United States. Orders placed on weekdays will be processed within 3-4 weeks, subject to product availability and credit authorization. The brand uses UPS, Fedex, DHL or USPS for shipping, and all packages are insured for the value of goods. Nephew does not deliver to P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO addresses, and transit time estimates exclude weekends and holidays. The brand does not offer international shipping at this time.
Nephew offers a hassle-free return policy for online orders. Customers can return unused furniture within 14 days of delivery for a refund to the original method of payment. To initiate a return, customers can email info@nephew.furniture. During the holiday season, purchases made between Thanksgiving and Jan 1st can be refunded or exchanged by Jan 20th. It may take up to 5 business days for the account to be credited, and an additional 10 days for the refund to show up on the account statement. Nephew reserves the right to refuse any return that does not comply with the stated conditions. Merchandise purchased from other retailers must be returned to the store of purchase and is subject to the return policy of the originating retailer.
