Nephew offers free shipping for all domestic orders within the continental United States. Orders placed on weekdays will be processed within 3-4 weeks, subject to product availability and credit authorization. The brand uses UPS, Fedex, DHL or USPS for shipping, and all packages are insured for the value of goods. Nephew does not deliver to P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO addresses, and transit time estimates exclude weekends and holidays. The brand does not offer international shipping at this time.

It may take up to 5 business days for the account to be credited, and an additional 10 days for the refund to show up on the account statement.
