Neighbor offers free home delivery within the contiguous 48 states of the United States via FedEx Home Delivery or common LTL carriers. For oversized products, appointment-based common LTL carrier deliveries are available. The brand reserves the right to determine the carrier and method used to ship orders. White Glove Delivery & Assembly is also available nationwide for a fee based on the total order value, ranging from $200 to $750. DeliverRight will call to schedule a delivery appointment, and orders must be booked within 15 days of initial contact. White Glove Delivery & Assembly is not available in certain regions, including Alaska and Hawaii.
Neighbor accepts return requests for undamaged and unaltered products within 45 days of the delivery date. Customers must contact the company at support@hineighbor.com to initiate a return. For most assembled or partially assembled items, FloorFound will assist with the shipment of the return. For most unassembled or still in-box items, Neighbor will provide prepaid shipping labels and ask that the products be sent back. Once the items are returned and inspected, Neighbor will issue a refund, which may be subject to a 15% restocking fee depending on the condition of the items. Shipping costs to Hawaii and Alaska are not refundable. Exchanges are treated the same as returns and must be initiated via email. If a customer experiences damage or manufacturing defects, they should contact Neighbor with photos and a description of the problem.
