For domestic orders within the US, Moon Pod offers various shipping options and prices which depend on the customer's location and will be listed at checkout. Shipping to Alaska and Hawaii is available for a flat fee of $125. Customers can track their orders by clicking the 'Track Your Order' link at the bottom of MoonPod.co and entering their order number, or by using the tracking number provided in the shipping confirmation email.Moon Pod does not currently offer international shipping.

Moon Pod does not offer a return policy due to extensive discounts offered during Kickstarter and pre-order. If there are any issues in transit, they will review each case on an individual basis.
