Shipping to Alaska and Hawaii is available for a flat fee of $125. Moon Pod offers customers a 14-day return window from the delivery date. To start a return, customers must go to the Return Portal and get an RMA number. They must then follow the instructions given by Moon Pod after their return is accepted. Customers must package their return securely and pay for return shipping costs and a restocking fee.
