Monoware offers same day dispatch for orders received by 12pm on weekdays. UK orders can enjoy free delivery for a limited time, while express shipping cost £4.85 using DPD Next Day Service. Small or single items are dispatched with Royal Mail Signed For 1st Class. Deliveries cannot be made to PO Boxes as a signature may be required. For international delivery, Monoware ships to the European Union, United States of America, and the rest of the world. Prices displayed on the website include UK VAT at 20%, which is deducted at checkout for international orders. EU and US orders will be subject to VAT and local taxes and duties payable upon delivery. Delivery time for EU orders is 2-8 working days, while US orders up to $800 do not incur customs duty. Orders from the rest of the world may incur local tax and customs duty upon delivery.

Monoware accepts returns or exchanges within 14 days of delivery for items that are in their original and unused condition. The company strongly advises customers to package their goods carefully to prevent damage during shipment. Returned products will be credited to the original payment method, excluding delivery costs, within 7 working days. UK customers can enjoy free returns, while international customers are responsible for return postage fees. Postal, customs, and handling fees will be deducted from any refund due. Customers must notify Monoware by email at webshop@monoware.com and follow the instructions provided to initiate a return or exchange. Damaged items must be reported within 3 days of delivery with the order number and a photo of the damaged item. Monoware does not accept any item with signs of use and will not refund any item that arrives damaged at their warehouse.
