Monoware offers same day dispatch for orders received by 12pm on weekdays. UK orders can enjoy free delivery for a limited time, while express shipping cost £4.85 using DPD Next Day Service. Small or single items are dispatched with Royal Mail Signed For 1st Class. Deliveries cannot be made to PO Boxes as a signature may be required. For international delivery, Monoware ships to the European Union, United States of America, and the rest of the world. Prices displayed on the website include UK VAT at 20%, which is deducted at checkout for international orders. EU and US orders will be subject to VAT and local taxes and duties payable upon delivery. Delivery time for EU orders is 2-8 working days, while US orders up to $800 do not incur customs duty. Orders from the rest of the world may incur local tax and customs duty upon delivery.

Items can be returned or exchanged within 14 days of delivery if unused and in original condition. UK returns are free; refunds (excluding delivery costs) are credited to the original payment method within 7 working days. Small batch and made-to-order items cannot be returned.
