Molekule ships orders to all 50 US states via FedEx Ground or FedEx SmartPost for PO and APO addresses. Canadian orders are shipped via Canpar. Most orders are shipped the next business day, but it may take up to 2-3 business days in rare occasions.

Molekule offers a 30-day home trial for their products purchased directly from their website. Customers who are not satisfied with their purchase can request a full refund, including shipping charges, within 30 days of the shipment date. To qualify for a refund, the product must be returned to Molekule in good physical condition with all accessories included. A return authorization must be requested from the customer service team before shipping the product. Refurbished units are final sale and not eligible for the trial offer. Purchases made for healthcare or medical facilities are also nonrefundable.
