Modloft’s Shipping Policy
Modloft offers shipping to all major US markets, but does not ship internationally or to certain states within the US. If customers wish to have an order shipped outside of their boundaries, Modloft is happy to assist in finding a shipping partner. Products are delivered through front door parcel delivery or home delivery for larger items that exceed parcel carrier weight limits. Home delivery includes full-service for a fixed fee, which includes room of choice, assembly, and debris removal. Items will be shipped as they become available, and orders require a telephone number for delivery scheduling. A signature is required upon completion of delivery to confirm the order was received correctly and in good condition. Delivery companies are not able to make modifications to the customer's home, and existing items cannot be moved or disassembled by the delivery team.
Modloft’s Return Policy
Modloft has a strict return policy. Original shipping fees are non-refundable, and sale items that are 40% off or more cannot be returned. For all other returns, a 20% restocking fee applies. Products must be returned in their original packaging and in like-new condition. Any damage to an item must be noted and signed for at the time of delivery. Custom and special orders cannot be returned, and products shipped outside the contiguous United States are also not returnable. The brand does offer a one-time exchange with waived restocking fees, but delivery fees still apply. It is important to note that orders cancelled once in transit are subject to a 20% restocking fee.
