Mid Day Squares ships orders within 3-5 business days of purchase. Customers will receive a tracking link upon shipment of their order. Unfortunately, the brand cannot accommodate holding boxes for future delivery dates. Orders cannot be cancelled once they have been processed, which can take up to 48 hours after placing an order. Mid Day Squares cannot ship to PO boxes at this time and customers are responsible for retrieving packages that are unsuccessful in delivery. The brand also has policies in place for damaged or lost packages. Mid Day Squares must be stored in the fridge but can be enjoyed for up to 5 days out of the fridge without compromising quality. The brand uses ice packs to prevent chocolate from melting during hotter summer months.
Mid Day Squares does not accept returns or offer refunds for their food items due to the need for refrigeration. However, if there is an issue with your order, you can contact their customer service team within 7 days of delivery to address the problem.
