Made offers domestic and international shipping. If the customer is not available during the delivery, a card will be left notifying them of the attempted delivery. Delivery will be attempted three times before the parcel is returned back to Made. International customers can visit the International website to view the list of countries that Made currently delivers to. Delayed items will be dispatched as soon as stock becomes available and large items like furniture will be delivered separately to the rest of the order.
Made is committed to reducing plastic usage and offers various options for returning items. Customers can return items for free to any of the 500+ Next stores for quick refunds. Alternatively, customers can opt for the Evri Courier Collection Service for a £2.50 charge, available Monday to Saturday. Customers can also return items to Evri ParcelShops or Lockers for the same charge. For Royal Mail returns, customers can generate a returns label on the Royal Mail portal for a £2.50 charge. Regardless of the method, customers must place all items in one parcel bag and attach one returns label. Made will credit the items individually upon receipt.
