Loftie offers free shipping for orders within the United States. Orders are processed the next business day and delivered within two to five business days via UPS SurePost or UPS Ground, although there may be delays due to COVID-19. Loftie does not currently offer international shipping, but their products can be found at MoMA Design Store in the US, and SSENSE and Holt Renfrew in Canada.

Loftie offers a 60-day return policy for orders placed on their website. All parts and accessories must be in like-new condition and returned in the original packaging. If the returned Loftie arrives damaged or incomplete, the customer is eligible for up to a 50% refund. Sleep masks and Dark Dots are not eligible for returns, and puzzles can only be returned if unopened and in like-new condition. Effective for orders placed on or after 1/27/2023, all returns will incur a return shipping fee that will be deducted from the refund. To initiate a return, customers must visit the return portal on the Loftie website and submit a return request.
