Lick Home offers shipping to mainland UK postal addresses for their samples, paint, wallpaper, and other products. For mainland UK postal addresses, they offer two delivery rates: Standard (2-3 days) for £1 and Premium (1-2 days) for £2.50. However, due to transport delays and staff shortages, there may be delays in the delivery of orders. Paint and wallpaper orders are delivered in 3-4 working days. The shipping fee for the whole of the UK mainland (excluding Northern Ireland, Isle of Man and Channel Islands, but including the Isle of Wight) is £7.50. Orders to UK non-mainland addresses (including Northern Ireland, Isle of Man and Channel Islands) are subject to a shipping fee of £10.00, and deliveries to a UK non-mainland address can take 3-5 working days longer to arrive. There are no shipping deals for purchases over a certain price.

Lick Home offers a full refund for any garments that customers are not happy with, as long as the item is returned undamaged and free of odors or marks. To return a garment, customers must include the swing tag and safety pin, and jumpsuits and sweatshirts must be returned with the cotton bag. Jumpsuits must also be returned with the spare button intact.
