Le Puzz handles packing and shipping for both domestic and international orders in-house. Shipping providers and rates are determined based on package size, weight, and final destination. Delivery times are estimated assuming products are in stock at the time of order, but delays can occur if shipments from vendors are delayed. Duties and import taxes are the responsibility of the recipient and are assessed based on the value of the order and tax-free thresholds in the destination country. Processing time for orders can take up to 48-72 hours, with shipping options including standard (4-6 business days), rush (2-3 business days), and overnight (if ordered by noon EST). Shipping to Alaska and Hawaii is only available through standard shipping, taking 6-10 days. Le Puzz offers worldwide shipping, with shipping rates calculated at checkout due to an increase in worldwide shipping costs. Shipping costs are non-refundable, and the customer is responsible for return shipment costs if a package is returned to the warehouse.

Le Puzz has a return policy that requires pre-approval for all returns. Items must be in their original and unused condition with the original packaging. Customers must ensure that items are well-packed and insured for the full amount, as shipping costs are non-refundable, and all costs for return shipment are the responsibility of the customer. A restocking fee may apply to any order not received in good condition. Exchanges will incur additional shipping charges. Returns are not accepted after 14 days from receipt of order at the customer's shipping address. Le Puzz will contact customers by email to confirm store credit or exchange upon receipt of the shipment. Order cancellations can be made if the order has not been shipped, but all cancellations incur a 3% restocking fee. If customers receive any damaged items, they must take photos of the items, packing materials, and box/parcel, forward photos as soon as the items are received to Le Puzz and hold on to the package and all its materials as they may be required for inspection.
