Larq offers a 30-day return policy for any unused product (excluding charging cables and personalized bottles) in its original packaging. Complimentary returns are available in the United States and Canada, and customers should reach out to Larq to initiate the return process. Limited Edition/Gift Sets can also be returned as long as they fit the return policy, but if the set is not returned in full, the promotional discount will no longer apply.
