Lark shipping policy
Lark offers delivery of their 6 packs or subscription within the Greater Toronto Area (GTA) with a $5.75 delivery fee. If the customer fails to answer or pick up their crate when messaged at delivery time, Lark will not leave it due to theft risk. In such cases, a $7 delivery fee will be charged to return the order to the customer's home. Lark guarantees delivery within 48 hours or less of the order being placed and will email a drop day and time window to the customer. Orders placed on Fridays will be delivered on the following Monday. Lark drops orders from Monday to Friday.
Lark return policy
60-day return window
Lark has a return policy that applies to orders placed for 6 packs. Customers must return or re-order these packs within 60 days. If a customer keeps a pack for more than 60 days, a pick up charge of $7.75 will be charged.
