KonMari currently ships within the United States, including Alaska and Hawaii. For orders over $150, free delivery is available. For orders under this minimum, the standard shipping fee is $9. KonMari offers a 30-day window for buyers to return items in their original packaging for a refund. Customers can initiate the return process through the brand’s online Return Center and will be charged a $10 label fee, which will be subtracted from the refund amount.
