KonMari currently ships within the United States, including Alaska and Hawaii. For orders over $150, free delivery is available. For orders under this minimum, the standard shipping fee is $9. Customers can choose between three different shipping options, with estimated delivery dates of 3-5 business days for standard shipping, 2 business days for 2-day shipping, and next business day for overnight shipping. Costs vary depending on location and are calculated at checkout. KonMari plans to extend their shipping radius to Canada and other locations soon.

KonMari offers a 30-day window for buyers to return items in their original packaging for a refund. Customers can initiate the return process through the brand’s online Return Center and will be charged a $10 label fee, which will be subtracted from the refund amount. Refunds typically take up to 10 days to appear on the customer's bank statement. Items that are not in their original packaging or have passed the 30-day return window are not eligible for a return.
