KiwiCo offers free shipping for all subscription crates to anywhere in the United States, including Hawaii, Alaska, and Military (APO, FPO, DPO) addresses. Monthly subscription crates can also be shipped to numerous international countries. KiwiCo Store currently ships to the U.S., Canada, Australia, New Zealand, the U.K., South Korea, Japan, Germany, and Singapore. Subscribers also get free shipping in the U.S. on products purchased from KiwiCo Store. Customers who are not subscribers get free shipping in our online Store on orders of $49 or more for the U.S. and $125 CAD or more for Canada. Shipping addresses for Store orders and international subscriptions cannot be changed, and customers should contact customer care if they have concerns about an address that cannot be updated in time. Shipping confirmation emails will be sent to the email address associated with your KiwiCo account for regular renewing subscriptions, while gift orders will prompt the purchaser to add a recipient email address for subsequent shipping confirmation emails.

KiwiCo accepts returns on Store orders within 60 days of purchase for a full refund, as long as the items are unused and not damaged. However, monthly subscription boxes and purchases made with a bulk discount are ineligible for return. All return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
