Keeps Furniture ships their in-stock beds within 3-5 days through FedEx Ground. However, they only ship within the contiguous United States, excluding Alaska and Hawaii. Unfortunately, they do not offer international shipping at this time. Customers do not need to be home for their delivery as FedEx can leave the order at their doorstep.

Keeps Furniture accepts refunds within 30 days of order receipt. To place a return request, customers must have the original packaging and contact the company. Shipping fees are non-refundable.
