Judy offers domestic ground shipping for all its products within the continental US. The estimated delivery time for ground shipping is between 5-7 business days after processing. Expedited shipping options are available for select products. Currently, Judy only ships to the contiguous United States and does not ship to Alaska, Hawaii, PR, and Guam, or any international countries, including Canada.

Judy offers a 14-day hassle-free return and refund policy for all of its products. Customers can request a full refund within 14 days of receipt, except for gift cards which are non-refundable. To be eligible for a refund, all product returns must be shipped back in their original packaging and include all accessories within 30 days from submission. Returns are refunded to the original payment method used during purchase. However, Judy reserves the right to charge a restocking and repacking fee of up to 15% if products or packaging are returned in poor condition or missing components or accessories. If the return is missing components or accessories, Judy may not issue a refund at all. To initiate a return, customers can send an email to Judy to receive a return label. Once the order is received at Judy's warehouse, it may take the customer's bank 5-10 business days to credit the amount back to their card.
