Jot offers free shipping on orders of 3 or more bottles within the contiguous US. Orders of 2 bottles have a flat fee of $3.95, while one bottle orders may be subject to a flat $7.95 shipping charge. For noncontiguous US (excluding military), free shipping also starts at orders of 3 or more bottles. However, orders of 1-2 bottles may be subject to a flat $10.95 shipping charge.
Jot has a 20-day stress free return policy for their Ultra Coffee. If a customer is not satisfied with their purchase, they can email Jot and return the product for a refund.
