IInterior Define offers in-home delivery service for all upholstered items for a flat rate of $249. The delivery team will carry the order into the home, unwrap, and assemble (when applicable), and clean up any packaging. Coffee tables (excluding the Devon Coffee Table), side tables, rugs, and lighting will receive threshold delivery, with fees based on order price. Delivery fees range from $14 for orders below $99 to $249 for all upholstered products. All items are made to order, and production and delivery processes take 16-18 weeks, with select products taking longer. The brand delivers Monday-Saturday based on location and carrier availability. Shipping outside the contiguous U.S. is available, but additional shipping and brokerage fees may apply. Canadian orders have a flat rate cost of $679, which includes customs, brokerage charges, and in-home delivery. Orders shipped outside the contiguous U.S. are not eligible for returns except where damages or defects apply.
Interior Define offers a best-in-class return policy with the customer's happiness as their number one priority. If for any reason a customer is not pleased with their selection, Interior Define will take it back even if the design was customized.
