Industry West offers speedy shipping options for domestic customers, dispatching in-stock items within 7-10 business days and backordered products with a minimum lead time of 16 weeks. Smaller parcels are sent via carriers such as USPS or UPS or through the brand’s freight partner, depending on size. Customers will receive an email with tracking information when the order ships. Curbside delivery is pre-scheduled and available in the contiguous 48 states. Shipping rates for standard delivery are as follows: $50 and less: $13, $50-$100: $30, $100-$200: $50, higher than $200: 12.5%. Some large items may also incur an additional $99 handling fee. Expedited and white glove delivery are available via email request, however, an order’s shipping information needs to be revised post-purchase may incur a reconsignment fee of up to $200. At this time, the products are not available internationally and no extra fees, duties or taxes are due upon delivery.

Industry West offers a 14-day return policy for customers who are not satisfied with their purchase. To start a return, customers should email the support team and provide any necessary details or photos. They will then receive a custom Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) code which should be marked on the package when they ship their return. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs and a 10% restocking fee will be deducted from the final refund. Returns must be made within 14 days of purchase and the item must be in its original condition. It takes 7-10 business days for processing once the return has been shipped. Some products also come with a 1-10 year warranty for manufacturing defects.
