Hommey is a brand that ships orders from their Melbourne warehouse. Orders received before 11am (AEST) on weekdays are shipped the same day, while orders placed on weekends and public holidays are shipped the following business day.

Hommey offers a return policy for change of mind purchases within 30 days of delivery. Customers can exchange their item for free or request a refund for a fee of $12.50. To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as received. However, opened cushion inserts and items from the Pet Collection cannot be returned or exchanged. Archive Sale items are eligible for exchanges only, with no refunds. Orders with full price items that were discounted by a promotion or discount code are eligible for exchange or refund.
