For domestic orders, Hedley & Bennett offers standard shipping which arrives within 3-5 business days. Customers receive an email confirmation with a tracking number when their order is placed. For custom embroidery orders, it will take 2-4 business days before shipping occurs. For international orders, Hedley & Bennett offers international shipping, but the cost and delivery time vary based on the destination. There are no deals offered for purchases over a certain price.

Hedley & Bennett offers customers the option to return, request repairs, or receive a refund for their products within 30 days of purchase. However, gift cards and final sale items are not eligible for return and heat and chemical damage are not covered by the Apron Squad Guarantee.
