30-day return window
HayNeedle's return policy allows for most products to be returned within 30 days of delivery for a refund. Customers must include an RMA slip, contact info, order number, and reason for return in the Return Portal. Items that cannot be returned include opened mattresses, opened bedding, used or washed items, and gift certificates. Additionally, anything that has been altered or edited by the customer or previously stated on the product page as ineligible for returns is not eligible for a return.
