Otherwise, they can choose between an untracked Australia Post Letter option for $2.50 or a tracked flat rate of $7.50. It is important to note that untracked shipping may take up to 12 business days for delivery. Express shipping is also available. Happy Human's shipping is carbon neutral, and all packaging is compostable, recycled, or recyclable.
Happy Human offers a 30-day money-back guarantee for their products. If a customer is not completely satisfied with their purchase, they can contact the company and request a refund. The customer must try the product for a full 30 days before requesting a refund. Happy Human recommends that the product be returned via Registered Post and that the customer pre-pay all postage.
