Great Wrap offers a flat rate shipping fee of $5 for their Great Mate and Nudie Roll products to anywhere within the continental United States. However, orders shipped to Hawaii and Alaska incur a flat shipping fee of $20. Once an order is dispatched, customers will receive a tracking link to monitor the delivery status. The standard delivery time for orders is 3 to 5 business days, but remote locations may take up to 11 business days. Great Wrap's products are currently only available in the United States and Australia, and Australian customers are directed to visit their AU store.

Great Wrap offers a generous return policy for their regular-priced items. Customers have 30 days from the receipt of their Great Mate and unopened Nudie Rolls to initiate a return or exchange. The company partners with Happy Returns to provide contactless returns and exchanges. To start the return process, customers must use the online return portal and select the item they want to return, stating the reason for the return. A $5 shipping label fee will be deducted from the refund. Damaged items can be reported to hello@greatwrap.co for assistance. Unfortunately, sale items cannot be returned. Refunds will take a few days to process once the item is received at the warehouse.
