Great Jones currently ships domestically within the U.S. via UPS. Orders over $100 qualify for free shipping and will take 3 to 7 business days. For orders below $100, there are three options to choose from: Bake, Broil, and Sear. Bake costs $10 and will take 3 to 7 business days. Broil costs $30 and will take 2 to 3 business days. Lastly, Sear costs $60 and will take 1 to 2 business days.

Great Jones Cookware offers a 30-day trial with free returns on all cookware and bakeware. Customers can receive a full refund minus the original cost of shipping by sending their item(s) back with a prepaid return label provided by the company. The refund will be processed as soon as the item is received. All items must be returned within 30 days of purchase to be eligible for a refund. No items are non-returnable.
