Good Eggs

Good Eggs offers a convenient shipping policy for their customers. They provide delivery of their fresh California produce and meal kits within 3-4 business days of placing an order. Once the order has been shipped, customers are able to track their package. Good Eggs also offers the option to leave the order at the customer's doorstep if it does not contain alcohol. Perishable products are delivered in an insulated box with ice packs to maintain freshness. While the order can sit outside for a few hours after delivery, it is recommended to refrigerate perishable items as soon as possible. Good Eggs charges a $10.00 - $20.00 fee per order, depending on the delivery address region.

Good Eggs has a strict return policy and does not accept returns or exchanges of any products once they have been shipped. The only exception is if an order is cancelled, missed, or cannot be delivered, such as when a valid ID cannot be confirmed for alcohol product delivery. If there is a problem with an item in your order, it is important to report the issue to the Good Eggs Community Care team as soon as possible, within 7 days from when the order was delivered. Good Eggs may provide credit for the product or issue a partial or full refund at their sole discretion. They reserve the right to require a photograph for product quality complaints before issuing any refund or credit. If an order requires attended delivery and the customer cannot be reached, the order will be cancelled and the customer will be given an account credit for the order amount, less any taxes, fees, and discounts. A cancellation fee may also be charged. It can take between 1 to 3 days for a Good Eggs account credit to be applied, and between 5 to 10 business days for a refund to process once it has been issued. If a refund is received and an updated receipt is needed, the customer can contact the Good Eggs Community Care team for assistance. Please note that there are certain items, such as baked goods and produce, that cannot be returned.
