Fully Standing Desk ships items from either Nottingham, MD, Maryland, or Portland via FedEx ground, Home Delivery, or Freight, depending on the location of the order. Most in-stock items ship within 1-5 business days and shipping is free to the United States, excluding Alaska and Hawaii. For Canadian orders, they must be placed by end-of-day Wednesday to be included and they will be shipped out once per week on Thursdays. Canadian orders will have their shipping costs calculated at checkout. For orders over $50, customers receive free shipping.

Fully offers a 30-day risk-free return policy in the US for products in “like new” condition in their original packaging. Returns must be processed and returned by Fully within 30 days of the original receipt, and allow up to 3 business days for processing. Returns from Canada are accepted within 30 days, but a return shipment fee will be deducted. A special 90-day return policy is offered for Capisco chairs. If a product arrives damaged or doesn’t meet expectations, customer support will help with an exchange. Volume orders, made-to-order products, open box items, showroom models, and any product from the Yamhill, McKenzie, or Willamette lounge seating collection are not eligible for return.
