Fresh Sends currently delivers within the lower 48 States of the United States, excluding Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, and all United States Territories. They have partnered with a third-party shipping company to ensure fast delivery, but delivery times provided are estimates. Fresh Sends does not deliver to PO Boxes and shipping is not available on Sundays, Mondays, or major United States Holidays, unless otherwise indicated. Bouquets are arranged, packaged, and shipped the day before the recipient receives them for an overnight journey. Online tracking may be available, but Fresh Sends makes no warranties regarding its availability as it is under the control of their third-party couriers.

Fresh Sends does not accept returns on perishable items such as flowers. However, nonperishable items like clothing may be returned or exchanged within 30 days of delivery, provided that they are unworn and undamaged. Final sale items are not eligible for return or exchange.
